Mark of the assassin Loading Infinitely

Hi, bought the dlc and just after the first fight with the antivan crows a small loading text appears at the bottom right and the games never resumes, already tried direct x9 and it did not soved the problem....

Thanks for the update, I'm sorry that the source of the issue couldn't be found.

Try repairing your game install, right -click the game in Origin to get this option.

It did not help at all, I've already tried many things and every thread I see with the same problem presents no solution at all, is there a way I can get a refund for this dlc?

It depends on the circumstance, but contacting support may help> However, I'd rather try get the DLC working. Can you try restarting your machine with a Clean Boot and see if that has any effect?

I've already contacted support via chat, they told me that the download of the directx 2010 sdk would solve the problem and it didn't. I will try to clean boot but I really don't think it will work.

Well I've talked to a chat person, they could not solve it and I got refunded. Thanks for the attention anyway.
