Masterwork applied effects
A lot of the Fade Touched masterwork materials say they can have multiple different applied effects. For example, in the Prima official game guide it states Fade Touched Plush Fustian Velvet can give 7.5% extra focus for each enemy within 8 meters while another box says that it gives 10% chance to use hidden blades on hitm with 5 added hits. I currently have 2 Fade Touched Plush Fustian Velvets and I'm getting Abilities cost 10% less mana/stamina. Is the effect applied random? Does it change from game to game? I want the hidden blades effect, is there anyway for me to get it?
