Mighty Offense Tonic can't be used

My Mighty Offense Tonic and Tears of the Dead are both red and I am unable to place them in my Potion Belt, even though I have the required requirements to make them.  Please advise.  Thanks

    Mighty Offense Tonic appears to be bugged.

    Mighty Offense Tonic is Rogue and Warrior only 

    Tears of the Dead is Rogue only 

    Are you sure your placing them in the correct class belt?
