I too have had issue with missing companions, right now Helisma (the tranquil) is not giving me the update on the war map for the requestion she has of me. Also Leliana is just missing even though the minimap shows where she is suppose to be and she was but ever since that short cine after returning from the fade...she doesnt show up anymore.
Some of the other companions go missing and sometimes they come back but its random, sometimes they just dont come back at all either.
