This is happening to me too. I chatted with an agent who said he 'permenantly fixed the issue', he told me to wait an hour and restart the game. I waited 4 hours to be sure. Restarted the game, and hey, same damn thing.
I have the deluxe edition, which means I dropped over $90 on this. Freaking. Bull. **bleep**.
Anyone have any fixes yet?
