It's a pretty good PC, so that's not the issue.
You should have a look at the game's options. In the display settings, there should be an option to choose the graphics API. By default it's DirectX 11. If you haven't already, switch it to Mantle and restart the game. Hopefully that fixes it.
You could also try updating your graphics driver, sbecause it seems your current version is from November 2014. http://support.amd.com/en-us/downloadIf that fails, right click DA:I in Origin and choose the option to repair the game.
