I'm also having this problem, firts I had a similar problem on my PC at home, but I managed to fix that by editing a file in the folder dao_prc_ep_1.
The problem now is, as spacedog said is that I am missing that folder, I own dragon age origins ultimate edition, but I have managed, up until now to look it up and fix it myself. It's a pity that I have had this much problems with the game, because it's one of (if not THE) best games I've ever played.I hope somebody will be able to help us.
Well, since "DAO_PRC_EP_1" is Awakening, you pretty much need that to play it. 😕mileytongue:
(You did use the second "CD-Key/product code" contained in the package/email to validate the "Additional Materials", right?)
But unfortunately there's nothing anyone here can do for you.
The AHQ is for "player-to-player" technical self-help and game-play discussions.
We're all just fellow gamers, doin' the best we can...You need "official" support from the EA Game Advisors.
They are the only ones who can do anything about accounts, product codes, and game/DLC activations.
Reach them using the Help Center.
After getting to the Help Center and filling out the required information, (Product/Problem/Platform)
look for the "Chat Now", "Call Me / Call Now", or "Email Now" buttons, not the AHQ "Ask Now" one. (You've already done that.)
The exact options you see will vary depending on your region and the time-of-day. 😕mileyfrustrated:
If you select "Chat Now", (or "Call Now" if that is an option for you) be sure to have enough time to wait.
I always expect it to take an hour before I'm connected to someone, and am pleasantly surprised when it's less.
Good Luck!
