I am still having the same issue and im sick of my issue practically being ignored. I have been trying to fix this issue for a month and the mystery is not yet solved. As a refresher of my issue, I have not yet been able to play DA: Origins. I downloaded it while it was On the House as I continuously get this error message --http://oi57.tinypic.com/1zqtv2t.jpg
My specs are as follows:
Intel i5-3230M CPU @ 2.60GHz
8GB RAM
Windows 8 64bit
AMD Radeon HD 7600M Series
Inter HD Graphics 4000
1TB Harddrive
I have tried reinstalling it in safemode, I have tried removing the file from the folder and running the repair process, which installed a new file but thisalso failed to work, I have tried reinstalling the game multiple times with Origin running as the administrator, I have tried reinstalling without an inturruption while downloading, I have run therepair process several times, I tried to go into the DAOriginsConfig app and add a firewall exception but I cam up with this error message "File not found. Firewall exception was not added."
Also, when I run the DAOrigionsConfig application and go to "game" There is no "product name" or "product key" and I dont entirely know why because when I go into game details I have a product code... though I dont know if thats the same thing.
