Missing T3 schematics

I've noticed online many people have been unable to locate (even after having farmed The Cradle) neither the MW Tevinter Longsword nor the Split Longsword schematics. It's believed to be due to a bug, will this be addressed? I play on the PS4, but the problem seems to span both PC and consoles. I've also noticed bugs with certain TH pommels, perhaps there's a fix for these issues?

I know it's been two years since the last post but I have decided to play DAI again and I was wondering if anyone can confirm that those schematics are unobtainable on the console version and you have to use a cheat engine on PC to get them? I know DarkAmaranth1966 had screen grabs of them but was that console or PC version and someone on the internet has said it was a cheat engine used?
Can anyone confirm or deny this? EA needs to make sure this DOESN'T happen for the next Dragon Age game in development!
