As I wrote already I contacted the Polish EA support and they told me to write here because here is someone who can fix it or give this case further, this isn't problem in game this problem is in the main server..
I'm sorry to tell you that you've been misinformed. We cannot do anything with the servers or pass anything on further. Only EA can help with that. We're not EA employees. I would suggest contacting support again and explaining to them what happened and if they give you the same advice ask them to clarify where you're supposed to be writing. Again, we're not EA employees. We cannot help with the servers.
