Moving to a new computer

My computer is quickly dying, so I'll be getting a new one soon. I have currently downloaded only one game (Dragon Age: Origins) and one DLC (Awakening). I would really rather avoud having to start all over again, but I haven't been able to log into my account through Dragon Age at all. Do any of you know if just moving my save files to the new computer will do the trick? Or will Origin (which I got the game through) take care of that?

Also, on the same note, do I have to do something special to deactivate my game and DLC, or will just uninstalling suffice?

Thank you!

  • Moving save files should suffice. To be safe, just move the entire Dragon Age folder in Documents.

You don't have to deactivate the game. There are no activation limits.
