[Multiplayer] Reaver's Rampage Healing Bug

[Multiplayer] Healing aspect of Reaver's Rampage ability does not work for the rest of the game after being downed with it active

Observed:
If the reaver has the skill "Rampage" active, and gets downed (to the point of crawling on the ground), after being revived by a team mate, the healing portion of the ability no longer works. It can be activated and the other effects work, but the healing does not. This will persist for the remainder of the game.

Expected:
All aspects of an abilitiy would work when cast.

Repro:

# of players needed 2.

1 reaver with Rampage, 1 anything else.

1. Enter multiplayer match.

2. Have reaver go down while Rampage is active.

3. Revive reaver.

4. Activate rampage and attack enemies

5. Note reaver does not regain health when hitting enemies.

Welcome to the gaming of the future.  Where they deliberately ship out game breaking bugs and they will "fix it when they can, but let's get it out the door so we can make some money".  There's no freaking way someone from the QA group didn't find the no key bug or the rampage bug during the testing of this game.  I found both of those on the first day I played the game!  Whicih leads me to believe they knew  about the bug but didn't bother to fix it because of the release schedule or some BS like that.

I'll tell you what, if they change it so that the Reaver doesn't gain health back during elite attacks, I know i won't play that class at all after that change.  It only last 10 seconds and with the two handed swings being as slow as they are, you get maybe three swings?  You'd die before you even get anything meaningful back.  Plus it's already on a very long cooldown timer.  Why even bother playing the Reaver anymore?  I'd rather just play the Archer and not have to worry about class breaking bugs or possible nerfs coming.

Three plus months and still no fix for this.  Can I work at Bioware?  I could just sit around and ignore my job for 1/4 of a year and still get paid.

    /rant off

And that's exactly what happened and more. Getting one shotted by archers now. On threatening! I mean come on! And have to use a run and gun tactic just to get a cple hits off. Class is completely broken now. Way to go guys. Used to be a favorite and now all but unplayable. Promoted and leaving at 1. Such a waste ☹️
  • DA Inquisition is not a game which should have had a multiplayer feature because Bioware/EA are notorious for infringing/violating/nerfing the single player aspect of the game in order to accommodate its multiplayer facet as well as the countless complains which arise with respect to class inequalities.  In fact very rarely a multiplayer option is received favorably in a predominantly single player type of game.  Multiplayer type of games should be reserved for MMORPG's, DAI is not one of them!
