Multiplayer Store Won't Load

Last night I got into multiplayer and the store randomly started working for me. This was post deleting and reinstalling the game as well.
I think it is most likely something on their server or network end. That after a period of time cleared itself up.
Lastly I also loaded up single player and made sure to progress for an hour or more through the story while saving. Not sure how any of this would make a difference but it is working now. I was saving over old saves in the single player game too.

This morning the same problem is occurring. Can't open the store just sits there. I tried playing single player again and waited with no avail.
Now its just random.
