Multiplayer Store Won't Load

I have been having this issue for two days and counting now. I have attemped all recovery actions but nothing has worked for me so far.

Can an EA rep, resond to this thread so we know if this is a known issue they are working on, and if there is a official recovery recomendation.

Seeing as I only have an issue using the store I would think this would have something to do with my profile or ea account.

Works.  You sign in a guest while in the store and it loads up like a charm for me.

The store finally started working for me. I can't say for sure what got it working but here are the actions I took just before it started working again.

1. Cleared system cache.
2. Switched the logged in profile to my wifes account.
3. Started dragon age.
4. Setup an ea account for my wife's profile.
5. Stared the multi-player.
6. Went to the store with my wife's profile - The Store Woroked For Her Profile.
7. Backed out to the main menu and exited the game.
8. Logged off me wife's profile and logged back in with my profile.
9. Started dragon age - Got the syncing data message due to clearing the cache at step one.
10. Started the multi-player.
11. Changed my active character to one i had not used since the store issue started.
12. Went to the store - The Store Worked Now.
13. Switched back to the character that I was using when the store issue started.
14. Went back to the store - The Store Worked For This Character Too.

Hope this helps anyone having a similar issue.

This didnt work exactly I loaded my wife gamer tag during the endless downloading please wait and poof store appeared thanks to this guy he was on the right track

IT WORKED! took a neew controller signed in as guest and BOOM it opened

So I see these posts were from the end of 2015. It is now Feb 2016, and this issue is still happening for me. It started about 2 weeks ago. I would go into multiplayer store, and it would say its downloading date but it just freezes and I have to exit the game completely and restart it. Its annoying to loose a great party your in and have to wait again for a new one. Its def not my internet connection. So I saw some troubleshooting tips, and tried them, but still having the issue. I reported the bug, if it is a bug. So hopefully someone gets back to me and actually fixes this. I play on Xbox One. 

The multiplayer store is now working for me. I had to sign in and go to the bottom of main screen where it says EXTRAS then clicked on Download Keep, then went back into multiplayer store, and it appeared. So idk if that had anything to do with it, or if it was just an update, but now the store works after being down for the last few weeks. Hope that helps.
