Apologies for the late reply on this.

The error message you mentioned can sometimes point to missing .dll files in Windows. When you've got a chance can you try downloading the Visual C++ Redistributable files from the Microsoft website to see if that helps?

@EA_Kent It's completely alright, Thank you for the reply!

I'm a little confused as to what in specific I'm suppose to be downloading on this site, there are no links to any downloads underneath the Visual C++ Redistributable files title but I downloaded Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 x64 yet still no luck even after the finish download and a restart.

I might be missing something obvious on the site sorry for the troubles here.
