My account might be bugged

Hello I’ve been playing dragon age inquisition multiplayer for quite a while now, done my research on getting Hakkon weapons, and am sure I meet the prerequisites. I was hopping an EA admin, or who ever is capable, could check and make sure that I’m not bugged. I would really appreciate knowing if there is an error on my account or if I just have really really bad luck.

PS I have done somewhere between 200-250 NM dragons and spent about 1.7 mil gold
