My character changes face
It happened twice. First time i was barely into the first map past tutorial (french name would not ring a bell). This time i was in Emerald Tombs at lvl 17. I can not keep playing this character beca...
You can change your face during a playthrough by using the mirror of transformation. You can find this in the Black Emporium, which is free downloadable content.

The shader quality can affect how your face looks. The low/medium shader quality presets have fewer options, so if you created a character while shader quality was set to low, then that character may not look the same when switching to a higher setting. The old wrinkly faces, for instance, are only visible when switching to the high preset. This is also something the mirror of transformation can fix.
