My game won't start even though it's been installed (Xbox 360)

Hi so I bought DA: Inquistion yesterday and after a lot of issues, I had to get it replaced. So now the discs seem to be working, I installed the game from disc 1 (the game is on Xbox 360) and disc 2 seems to work fine. But then as soon as I start the game, it just goes to an all black screen (no loading symbol or anything) and doesn't change from that.

I'm still able to click on the Xbox guide button and go back to home, but if I do that and try to relaunch the game, it says the disc is unreadable and I have to open then close the tray. Only for the game to just go back to the black screen. Is anyone else having this problem? I'm reinstalling the game right now, to see if that's the problem but I doubt it will fix it.
