Need Help

So, I tried several times on the EA web site to contact them about a problem with Dragon Age 2 that required technical assistance.  Each time I was sent here.  I posted my question in June.  No answers.  Posted again last week.  No answers.  I am pretty sure that my question can't be answered here.

NOW WHAT?

Is there a way to actually contact someone at EA in technical support?

  • @airportsmanager  Did you check the forums or the internet for any information about the technical issue that you are having? There could be an answer somewhere. But if you already did and just need to contact an EA advisor about this issue then I'll leave a web link down below for you.

    Select EA app (the orange box with the EA logo in the middle), select topic, select issue, and finally select contact option.

  • Thanks, but that link takes me to where I tried several times to contact EA.  When I fill out the questions, I get sent here as the ONLY option.  ANY OTHER CONTACT INFORMATION?

    I assume this is still the problem?

    There is just no way to "undo" the reading of this letter.

    DA2 is out of studio support for 10 years, nobody at EA or here can help you.

    All what you can do is go to a save before you read that letter.
