Neither of my discs for Dragon Age Inquisition will install to my Xbox 360

Can anyone help me? I tried doing the chat with support and a call back but no one ever helped me. I just bought the damn game and can't even play it.

All i can suggest is delete the cache - double check how much space you have . Also note you cant install the play disk on this game only first disk

I'm in a different boat but same place.... get past char creation and game suddenly says "play disc unreadable". I've tried everything under the sun to no avail. Returning my copy to gamestop today for store credit.
