Please specify if your saves are pre-patch 5, or brand new ones created after you installed Patch 5. It's a pretty important bit of info, as some past bugs were known to be affecting only existing saves (0 AR for crafted armors bug, for example).
Don't know if anyone else has answered but I can confirm saves made after the most recent patch after which the Crestwood dragon does not drop amulet for Bull and no amulet for Dorian in the Still Ruins. This was on PS4.
