Try to disconnect the PS4 from the internet entirely.
The problem (on PC anyway) is with Origin. If Origin is in offline mode, then no internet is fine. I've never tried to use Origin on PS4, though I do own one. Hopefully there is a guide somewhere to help you do that.

So you can't play the single player mode on PS4 when you're offline? That's a strange design decision. I can't imagine why they wouldn't allow it, since you can play offline on PC, which usually has more security measures than consoles.
. Yes you can play offlline but there is a bug or someting when psn is down. it will just keep trying to connect to the servers. and nothing more happens.. But now when psn up i dont have that problem.. So what you need to do is go in settings scroll down to network. and click the box that say connect to internet. and retstart your ps4. and you will be able to play..
