No Xbox Live. How to import saved file?

I do not have xbox live. In fact, I've never even connected to the internet with my xbox. Please tell me how I can import my saved game from DAO and DA2.

If there is no other way, do I need an Xbox Live account? or do I just need to connect to the internet with my xbox?

I have the same problem but not only that, I also have the older 360 and I don't have a wireless adaptor.
Why doesn't this game have an option for gamers who don't have Live or Internet?!?!
