i got a 20digit promo code from buying dragon age origins ultimate edtiion and when i type it in : ''https://social.bioware.com/redeem_code.php'' it says ''code not recognised'' how can i redeem the...

You need to get in contact with EA to get this settled. Go here and click the first link on the right side of the page. It'll ask for some information, then you'll be able to select how you get in contact with a Game Advisor. Make sure you have a proof of purchase handy (whether it be for a digital or physical purchase, and shipping invoices do count), as you'll be asked for it.
