Now in Skyhold - Haven fallen - I missed the Iron Bull quest, can I still do it?

Hi, I couldnt figure out why I didnt have Iron Bull in my crew and researched it. Turns out that I missed it when it was in Haven.  I am now in Skyhold and cannot find Krem.  Can I still get the que...

Was anyone able to figure this out? Could it be a bug since the mission still exists in my Inner Circle journal.
