numerous quests bugged/ can't complete

many quests, IE: friends of red jenny, Vaults of Valammar I've found the quest items but can not proceed because they are NOT interactable, Ive done google searches to verify that I've found the quest items and still can't proceed....

Running on PC with only one issue early on, DirectX crashed, changed settings works fine atm.

still can't complete quests but I've found a walkaround for the missing horse.
1. got to my documents/bioware/saves cut EVERYTHING out of the folder and save it under the subfolder Bioware
2. relaunch the game and go to haven and interact with the stables and you can now check the mount you would like to use, and ride it........

Same issue here, including Friends of Red Jenny, locking out a companion pick-up.

I was running into the same problem, trying holding v if your on PC.

Have tried holding V, tapping V repeatedly, tapping F repeatedly, to no effect. There is nothing that it detects nearby.

its like the dev team rushed game sold it then let people find the bugs then to fix it so much hate and anger going around atm

So I startred a new character.... Big Mistake!!!!! got to horse master, no horse, did finding the caches, found 1, the quest completed, killed 1 ram quest completed....... WTF? seriously?

Soooooo....
Deleted all saved files, did a game repair, went through the grueling tutorial.... Ran back to the horse guy and BAM!!! still no horse..... and ran around and did the silly quests for the area.... AGAIN instead of finding 5 caches, found 1, quest complete...... looted chests was recieving level 10-18 items, (as a level 3) Soooooooo......
Deleted game, reinstalling, in about 20 hrs I'll try again...... if I still have the same issues I am going to be demanding my 70$ back as this is pathetic......
two days with not even a nod from who ever runs the forums that hey they may be looking into the issues mentioned by myself and the 300000000 other people.....
this is almost as pathetic as Blizzards failure to correct issues in numerous games, hence why I stopped being a consumer of their products... Do I have to do the same for EA and Bioware?

Uhhh yeah so I reloaded the gave forgetting that My documents seems to be the favorite save game spot for EA games logged into the game and wth?!?? I can continue....... still same issue..... deleted saved game files started fresh, got horse rode it dismounted saved and BAM horse would not resummon if this is any indication of the issues the rest of the game is going to have I believe I will ask (not to nicely) for a refund as this has to be the WORST game release EA and Bioware have throw at us.

I thought red jenny was glitched too but then found the item by fast travelling to the other door near the quest marker. Also my horse went missing at the stables and i started floating around like a wraith but after building the watchtowers in the war room i could whistle for the horse and complete the quest line. Not sure if any of that is helpful.
