I closed TeamViewer and it fixed the problem for me. I had a similar issue with TeamViewer causing a problem with another program. That may be the common problem.

Same here. Running on 840M. From the responses I gather in this thread i notice a pattern. Does everyone who encounter this issue uses laptops with Nvidia mobile GPU? If we can pinpoint the problem to that, we probably can send Nvidia a report or something.
I already downloaded the latest game ready update, still doesn't work. Cant change resolution.

Wow, I read gslester's comment and after turning off teamviewer it works! OH I'm so happy now.
