NVidia Optimus (GTX00M) Cannot Run in Fullscreen Mode

I'm not sure if this will help anyone else, but I switched from Windowed Fullscreen to just Fullscreen and unchecked Vertical Sync at the same time, and it put me in fullscreen mode just fine. I was then able to turn Vertical Sync back on.
