NVidia Optimus (GTX00M) Cannot Run in Fullscreen Mode

My solution was to:

goto OPTIONS->DISPLAY_> change from windows to FULLSCREEN

I'm not sure...if you're aware of this, but the game automatically sets itself to fullscreen. Do you really think that 60+ people all didn't check and see if they had set it fullscreen?
The issue here is the strange window (when the game is set to full screen), not properly representing the game's resolution settings, and flickering between what would be a full screen and the strange window.
