NxCharacter.dll load fail
I recently bought Dragon age origins ultimate edition off of steam and downloaded it, when I ran it I got an error that said "library load fail: NXCHARACTER.DLL".
I thought that it must be a screw up on steam so then proceeded to download it on origin and still get the same problem, I have now downloaded it 3 times and am still getting the same problems. The furthest I've got is an error box saying that there was a problem with the games setup and asking me to reinstall my game.
Again, not particularly helpful.
Lots of posts suggest it's an antivirus thing, I have my antivirus ignoring the origin games folder and I still get this problem (my antivirus is Microsoft security essentials)

Did you reinstall the game after adding the game folder to your AV exclusion list? If not, it is possible that NxCharacter.dll is still missing from your folder after being quarantined by your anti-virus. In this case you should be able to retrieve it from the quarantine folder. Also try to install Physloader.dll.
Let us know if that helped.
