The game won't start because of "Library load failure: NxCharacter.dll" Everything I can find online is about Avast which I don't have installed, and I have already tried reinstalling it.

What is your Anti-virus? It might be worth trying to follow the same troubleshooting steps as the one provided on those BSN threads just in case your anti-virus is simply acting the same way as Avast was acting.
