Hey folks,

This issue was resolved by the studio team and has since been closed out for a while. If you are running into this issue, a new thread will be set up for visibility purposes.

Please also keep in mind that the DLC listed on the Download and buy DLC for classic EA games on PC only works for installs through Steam. The EA app already includes it in the download, so this will not work for those who play through it.

If you do not see the DLC, you can go to How to download and buy DLC for classic EA games

Please review that article first, as it may solve the issue. We also have quite a few threads on this exact issue, with steps to resolve it.

If, for some reason, they do not and DLC does not appear, it becomes an account issue, not a game issue. The EA app should show you all the DLC available that your account is entitled to.

Hello there, awfully late to the party, but I guess we all know why I'm here. I bought DA 2 back when the EA App was still Origin. Back then, I purchased only two DLCs, The Black Emporium and Legacy, which were the only ones I ever played. This must have been around 2015-2017. Then I stopped playing for some years, until very recently, last year to be mroe specific. This time I wanted to get the other DLC I didn't own, but not only did I discover Origin revamp, but also that I wasn't able to buy single DLCs anymore. It goes without saying that I didn't get any other DLC for free (not Exiled Prince and Mark of the Assassin, which are the only ones I care about).

None of the fixes I've looked up on the Internet work, which is frustrating because I wasted an entire weekend trying out different "solutions" and troubleshooting. Had I known earlier that this is apparently an issue with the EA App not granting the DLC to people who do own the game is preposterous, and I would've had the chance to search differently. Why would you ever make it so people can no longer buy the DLC? That's totally stupid, even more so coming from such a big, profit-thirsty company like EA.

Now, I'd like to get the DLC I owed, since it was granted for free and for whatever reason my account didn't get them, and I legit purchased the game back then, didn't even redeem it. Purchased it.

Just know that there are a lot of people out there who don't have the content that you granted for free, and I hope you people can do something about it.
