[Old Report] Cant complete a princes favor the second task

So the second task is to find and eliminate jarvia okay did that but the quest isn't completing I went and talked to bhelen and he keeps saying the same thing he said before I went to kind her

I don't know if it will help, but I had the same problem today. What I did was go back to an earlier save, kill Jarvia again, but this time I waited near Jarvia's corpse until the quest updated before leaving the hideout. I only left once the quest log of the second task changed to "Return to Prince Bhelen".

I don't know if it will help, but I had the same problem today. What I did was go back to an earlier save, kill Jarvia again, but this time I waited near Jarvia's corpse until the quest updated before leaving the hideout. I only left once the quest log of the second task changed to "Return to Prince Bhelen".
