(Old Report) Dragon Age Keep Error Oops, An Error Has Occurred

For 3 days now, every time I've tried to log in to my Dragon Age Keep on any device (phone, tablet, computer) on any browser, it will not load. It gives me the same "Oops, an error has occurred" mes...

Hey Everyone,

If you have not already tried, you should be able to access the keep again. If not clear all browser history and cache and you should be able to log in after that.

I've had this error as well, it's so annoying....

A week ago the Keep was working for me and now it's not for some odd reason. When I log in with my main EA account, the Keep always gives me the "oops an error occurred" message and no matter how many times I refresh the page or log back in/out, it doesn't fix the issue. I tried logging in with my other EA account and the Keep worked just fine... no problems at all and no error message.

Not sure what's wrong, hoping someone fixes it. The problem for me is that I don't own DA Inquisition on my secondary account, so I need it to load/work for my main EA account ASAP.

You're not the only one having this problem :/
