So I've been trying for the past week to log into the Dragon Age Keep for my annual DAI playthrough and I keep facing the "oops an error occurred" message everytime I log into the site.
Basically, I log in to the Keep using my main EA account (the one connected to my game) and then the site loads for a few seconds before displaying the error message.
I figured it was an issue with the server until I logged in to the site with my secondary EA account and it worked perfectly fine - I could edit my world states and everything. Only problem is, my second EA account is not connected to my DAI game so I can't even play the game using the world states on that account.
I tried contacting EA about fixing my main EA account and they've told me three times that nothing is wrong with my account. I also tweeted Dragon Age Keep but haven't gotten a response (I don't know if they're even still active on their twitter). Nonetheless, I'm stumped as to why this error keeps appearing.
I'd really love to do another DAI playthrough before Dreadwolf comes out, but seeing as I need to import a custom world state, I don't know if that'll happen.
I'm hoping someone can help me solve this issue ASAP, it's kind of frustrating not knowing what's going on.
Did you tired to change the password of your main account? Preferable something simple and only ascii table characters to test?

Yes I have, about 2 times I tried changing my password. Nothing worked ☹️

Do you run any mods on your game??
Reason I ask, is I think I remember someone stating that mods that create a save that can't actually exist in the Keep can cause issues with the keep loading....
The fix was to start a clean game and let it upload to the keep and then try again.....I think......

I do have mods, a lot of them actually. I'll try and see if running a clean game solves the issue.
Thanks for this info, I appreciate it.
