If you have not already tried, you should be able to access the keep again. If not clear all browser history and cache and you should be able to log in after that.
I have the same problem, it was working in the morning, now it's not working

I hope this will be fixed as soon as your devs can and I did not play DA Origins & DA II for naught ^^.
Community Manager@Paanreis As do I. I was going to start a new playthrough anyways too since there are some achievements I don't actually have, so I figured why not jump in again and see what I can get through.
Hopefully it get fix soon. Been a year now I left this game then I thought why not continue my nightmare playthrough then found out that I can't sync my golden nug. Took a couple days off work just so I can enjoy some DA .. very disappointing EA
Well, at least I got one actual play through before they decided the one World State I have access to was it. Sadly, about what I've come to expect from EA.
Yupp.. Having the same error 500 issue since yesterday...tried logging in/out with no luck..

I finished Dragon Age II the 14th and decided to wait for the 15th to launch and import my save from DAO/DA2 and thats the day this issue happened :-/

Keep seems to be back up for me here. Not sure why they don't work on weekends but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
