(Old Report) Dragon Age Keep Error Oops, An Error Has Occurred

For 3 days now, every time I've tried to log in to my Dragon Age Keep on any device (phone, tablet, computer) on any browser, it will not load. It gives me the same "Oops, an error has occurred" mes...

Hey Everyone,

If you have not already tried, you should be able to access the keep again. If not clear all browser history and cache and you should be able to log in after that.

I cannot access the Keep at all. It tells me “oops, an error occurred”. I have tried on multiple web browsers and every device I have and even made a new EA account to see if that helped - it didn’t.

Is it down? Or is it no longer being used? I played DA2 just so I could have a custom world state for DAI ☹️

think it's an issue with ea's servers or smthn as loads of others including myself are having the same error. Don't think there's much we can do about it other than wait. I think they are looking into it.
