If you have not already tried, you should be able to access the keep again. If not clear all browser history and cache and you should be able to log in after that.
I read that this issue was resolved about a month ago, but today, I'm still having issues. Found in the previous thread, there are two issues that have arisen. I'm experiencing the first one outlined by EA_Shepard; where users experience a pop-up stating "Oops, an Error has occurred". The thread should not be closed, since it is still an issue.
I've attempted the supposed troubleshooting steps outlined in the EA help article, but that has not improved the situation, and frankly, I don't see how they would resolve accessing the Dragon Keep to import choices from previous game play-throughs into the current game. These BioWare games pride themselves on previous game play-throughs impacting later games. Removing this removes a large reason why people enjoy them.
My mistake, EA_Shepard claims this issue was fixed on Saturday, so I guess it's an issue the day after it was claimed solved.
