(Old Report) Dragon Age Keep Error Oops, An Error Has Occurred

For 3 days now, every time I've tried to log in to my Dragon Age Keep on any device (phone, tablet, computer) on any browser, it will not load. It gives me the same "Oops, an error has occurred" mes...

Hey Everyone,

If you have not already tried, you should be able to access the keep again. If not clear all browser history and cache and you should be able to log in after that.

Same.

While logged in successfully to my EA account on the website, there is a request to

https://dragonagekeep.com/api/worldvault/slots

that returns a 400 error (specifically, i.e. not 40x), with an error of:

[curl] 28: Connection time-out [url] http://prd1.orbit.internal.bos.ea.com:9090/auth

And the requests to the following URLs return a 500 (server error):

All of which are trying to hit

184.29.163.152:443

Sure would be nice if I could play the game I purchased with the save game data preserved, i.e. one of the major selling points of the game and series to that point.
