If you have not already tried, you should be able to access the keep again. If not clear all browser history and cache and you should be able to log in after that.
Come on EA.... this crash on Dragon Age Keep has been interrupting gameplay for 3 (THREE) days, be professional and fix the problem.
Your company wants to use the Keep for DA:Dreadwolf then you need to fix bugs and problems now versus the site crashing when the game comes out.
You're losing accountability and reliability by not updating your loyal consumers, and losing respect by not fixing issues.
Provide an updated import/export system which doesn't lose its s.h.i.t every few months, or days at the this point.
So is Keep dead or just down at the moment?
Temporary downtime. Hopefully it won't take too long.
Any idea how long the temporary down time will last? I’ve looked at other posts and it seems to be something that’s gone on for over a week and it’s also happened before it seems, do they no longer give some sort of system wide notification to gamers or is the website no longer monitored? I just finished dragon age 2 and want to jump straight into inquisition with my import from origins and 2 intact
