(Old Report) Dragon Age Keep Error Oops, An Error Has Occurred

For 3 days now, every time I've tried to log in to my Dragon Age Keep on any device (phone, tablet, computer) on any browser, it will not load. It gives me the same "Oops, an error has occurred" mes...

Hey Everyone,

If you have not already tried, you should be able to access the keep again. If not clear all browser history and cache and you should be able to log in after that.

Hey Everyone.

I reached out to the team on this one and let them know that the Keep isn't working. As soon as I get info on it, I will let yall know what is happening.

@EA_Shepard Is there any sort of news? its been days since no one can log in to import saves, theres no official statement on it, and no way to contact EA about this to ask them whats happening and when it will be solved, youre the only person who can give us some news☹️
