(Old Report) Dragon Age Keep Error Oops, An Error Has Occurred

For 3 days now, every time I've tried to log in to my Dragon Age Keep on any device (phone, tablet, computer) on any browser, it will not load. It gives me the same "Oops, an error has occurred" mes...

Hey Everyone,

If you have not already tried, you should be able to access the keep again. If not clear all browser history and cache and you should be able to log in after that.

first time to play inquisition so I want to transfer my previous saves. I guess there is no other way other than dragon age keep. So when will it be fixed? I want to start the game
