(Old Report) Dragon Age Keep Error Oops, An Error Has Occurred

For 3 days now, every time I've tried to log in to my Dragon Age Keep on any device (phone, tablet, computer) on any browser, it will not load. It gives me the same "Oops, an error has occurred" message. I can refresh this thing 50 times, and it will do it every single time. Now, as of today, it won't even let me load my previous world state into my Dragon Age Inquisition game. it says it can't connect to the Dragon Age servers, but my internet is just fine so it's not a connectivity issue.

How do I fix this so I can use my Dragon Age Keep again and so I can play my DAI game without using the default world state??

Hey Everyone,

If you have not already tried, you should be able to access the keep again. If not clear all browser history and cache and you should be able to log in after that.

Hey there! I seem to be getting the exact same issue. I've tried for a few days now to get the keep to work.
I am getting the same "Oops! an error occured".
I have tried to clear the broswer cache on both edge, opera and firefox. and then proceeded to log in. All say the exact same error.
I have also tried incognito mode on opera and firefox.
