[Old Report] Golden Nug Not Synching Xbox

I have tried synching my character with golden nug on Xbox and keep getting the error failed to sync, disconnected from origin, please login to origin and try again. I made a new character and the big isn’t where it should be in Haven.

I see this has happened in the past but can’t find the solution to this problem currently. I am signed in to DAK. My info has synched to the keep but it’s not working in game. Help?

Okay never mind. Got it to work. Had to exit game completely and restart it.

Did you get it to work? My game just says "Failed to synchronize collectables-Unable to connect to the Dragon Age Server. Please try again later" when I use the Golden Nug

I have a similar problem. My main has the Golden Nug(tm) and my new character is Skyhold does not. When synching my main also recieves the same message of the DA servers being down. At this point I am simply going to discontinue my new character and go on to a different XB-1 game.

My PS4 is also failing to synchronize DAI Is the server down?

I can't synchronize the golden nug or link dragon age keep. Dude EA fix this please
