[Old Report] Imported World State not working

Hey Everyone!

I wanted to give a quick update, this issue should now be resolved, if you were running into this can you close your game, restart your console, and test if you can now load custom world states from DA Keep?

Hey Everyone,

Thanks for letting us know what you are experiencing with Dragon Age Keep and Importing Worlds. First Try to go through some troubleshooting base on your platform,

Connection and Advance Connection Guides
For PC make sure any security software is not limit Dragon Age from running or communicating
Make sure you signed into the same EA account in-game for Keep as Inquisition
Verify you are importing/exportin correctly with our guide
For trying to get the golden nug, try the community suggestion here.

If the issue continues, in order to get a better understanding of this issue, can you please share the following information:

Date Issue started:
Are you able to make a new save game without issues?
Are you trying to start a new game from an exisiting save on the device or from importing from DAK?
Are you able to import a world state or does the game now recognize any save when starting a game?
