[Old Report] Xbox one Cannot connect to dragon age servers

Basically, since the day of release until now (November 22/2014) i have been unable to connect to the dragon age servers on my xbox one. When i hit Y, in game to log in, the game loads a bit then comes up with the error message "connection to dragon age servers has been lost." Don't really know if this is a common problem or not, but it has been really frustrating because I cannot get my world. Along with this i have noticed a few bugs in game like random crashes characters in cutscenes arndomly stop talking and the cutscene is paused till i skip it, and my character randomly goes invisible sometimes. Is it possible that i have a bugged copy of the game or is this just an issue with the game itself?

I got the same Problem on X-Box One like everyone of you. I'm really pissed about that, cause 4 or 5 months earlier everything did work fine. WTS EA?!

yeah, i mean, i know we have the keep, but that doesnt exactly help much if you wanna transfer to DA2!

I can't connect either. It worked fine on my Xbox 360 but when I attempt play on my Xbox One X it refuses to connect to servers. It's really annoying because I have the Ultimate Edition and can't access my DLC at all.
It's definitely an Xbox One X issue because I am connected to the internet just fine for other games and it worked on my 360 prior to this.

@HungeeHungo This problem is not related to the Xbox One X. The same problem is on my PS3.

It definitely is. I have the same problem on my Xbox one x.
It is driving me nuts cuz I can't download the DLC's, so now I have to contact EA directly.

Having this issue with my dai. As of a week ago I could sync my account but now I can't any more.
