Oops…that account has already been linked to a different Origin ID.

Unless you have it on one of your accounts and can find and change it, then No it isn't something you can fix, and will need to contact EA directly.  Plan on some hoops to jump through because they will not make it easy to change account links to prevent people from stealing accounts.
