No offence to you, but why not a campaign for those with Windows XP, or an older GPU or less RAM. Quad Core is on the minimum requirements for the game. You cant expect every game to beable to play on older components. The amount of people who have complained when a 64 Bit only game has been released over the past few years has been great, but they too have had to come to the realisation that they cant blame developers for not being able to cater to everyone. My pc is over 2 years old now and was bought on a budget, and yet it is a quad core system, and when my components start to show their age, its time for an upgrade. One of the main advantages of having a pc is you can upgrade it when parts become outdated, otherwise you might as well get a console for games.

Yes, the problem here is that dual cores are not outdated. As mentioned by a lot of people, there are dual core cpus that perform way better than most quads. Well, not my case anyway I'd imagine, but it shows that this doesn't exactly make sense. Also, the game is also having this problem on consoles, so yeah, it's pretty much a problem with the game.
