Origin deleted my Dragon Age Inquisition, Please help

I bought dragon age inquisition on disk almost 2 years ago and played it all fine and dandy but I decided I wanted to start another game today and when I tried to open the game it said that I need to redeem a code and then I checked my computer files and the files are all there but they are empty. Then I went to installs and saves in the origin app and it says that in my game library in the origin folder and that I have the game but with no content, Please helpppp.

PS. I had the disk almost 2 years ago and this is on PC so I threw it away

    You shouldn't need the disc anymore. Normally when it's registered to your account, you can just download and install the game through the Origin client. If it's not there, make sure you're logged into the right account. If you're sure you're on the right account and you still can't play the game, you'll have to contact support to have them figure it out.

    I could just say ditto. There was no key provided / required at the time. Just email advising to download Origin client and select game which was recognised as purchased to account - worked fine back then. Advised 5 minute wait for EA Game Advisor has been better part of half hour with no progress.

    Did you get a resolution?

    The game code is forever linked to the Origin account it was redeemed onto. If you don't see a game in your Origin library it's either because the game was flagged as "hidden" game by mistake (check the filters) or because you're logged with a different email address. 

    If the pop-up doesn't open correctly, make sure to deactivate any pop-up/ad blocker that may be installed on your browser or try a browser you don't normally use.
