Origin DLC Issue (Red Lyrium, Raptr DA:I AMD DLC)

After many hours of not finding the solution online to activating my flames of the inquisition DLC from my Physical game copy, I finally found it and got them working. (Origin users, right click the game, go to game details, and activate). I don't blame anyone for the lack of information on how to install it. It's a new game, there is chaos going on with crashes. Swooping happens, and swooping. Is bad.

However! I do have one pressing issue that I simply cannot figure out. I've completed the red lyrium miniquest online and was told it was activated on my acc. I also purchased the RAPTR DLC for the mount. Here is my issue. Where exactly are they? NOT in game, but where are they to activate? They're not appearing in my DLC list, but origin told me both were redeemed?

Side notes for people crashing alot

There seems to be a strong correlation to crahes when the internet is connected. Unplugging my network I experience nearly no crashes, and can play literal hours. However plugged in, I crash randomly. I think this may be caused be some sort of failure of the dragon age servers.
